Maison D'éclairs was created with a singular focus: to take one of French pâtisserie's most iconic creations and make it our own. 

Every éclair is handcrafted in small batches, with careful attention to technique, texture and flavour - from the choux shell to the final glaze.

Our collections bring together classic French pastry technique with a modern approach, using carefully selected ingredients and flavours designed to be distinct, balanced and memorable.
